Very cumbersome app to use for making a service request. Long drop-down lists that aren't organized in any logical order. The city park I was making the request about wasn't even listed! It shouldn't take 15 minutes to post a simple service request.

Reporting not working. I've used this many times but the report an issue button was not working as of 1/12/23. It is handy to have this on a mobile device to report road or trail issues so I hope they fix it.
