About this app

Pakistan Citizen Portal is an integrated citizens grievance redressal system connecting all government organizations both at federal and provincial levels. The system will serve as carrier of complaints to their respective offices across all over Pakistan. Eventually, the citizen feedback will be linked to an officer’s performance and promotion. The App will serve as complementary channel between citizen and government.

Ratings and reviews

My personal observations based on my 3 consecutive complaints against SNGPL. App is best but who running the app, are working like traffic police. they simply forward complaint to the quarter concerned and then resolved it on the basis of the departments unjustified reply. Also they don't work on negative feedback against the department.

Very Disappointed! My complaint regarding the school's reopening has been open and unresolved for the past 6 months. It is not a major or complex issue, yet there is zero progress. Due to this continuous delay, our children are being deprived of their basic education and valuable time. The system feels completely inactive and ineffective. Please take immediate action and resolve this pending issue!

The new update UI is very buggy, not intuitive. and also once complaints are generated it is not possible to see the photos attached in each complaint. and any photo attached by the authorities is also not viewable.
