About this app

Pakistan Citizen Portal is an integrated citizens grievance redressal system connecting all government organizations both at federal and provincial levels. The system will serve as carrier of complaints to their respective offices across all over Pakistan. Eventually, the citizen feedback will be linked to an officer’s performance and promotion. The App will serve as complementary channel between citizen and government.

Can't even register, server did not respond, and the representation on how to enter mobile number is wrong, it shows to add a dash - between code and number, but a dash - can't b added in the number text field. I just got this far in the app, and then Uninstalled it, kindly fix the issue I will try the app after few months again. Using Nokia 6.1 having android 10, hope my feedback helps.

I wanted to share some complaints about an issue. However, I'm unfamiliar with the verification process. It instructed me to enter a mobile number, but I didn't receive the verification code after waiting for almost an hour. I attempted again, but it kept failing. The UI/UX of the app seems problematic. Even the email verification code didn't come through. How can I address these issues? Urdu mein kehna chahoun ga, ye kya gou bna diye ho?

AoA Actually the problem is that most of the people are unaware to submit complain against concerned department. Due to lack of knowledge they add wrong departments, that is why it takes more time and at last drops. There should be an automatic system which should select the concerned department with help of AI maybe. Otherwise this app is good but it cannot bring any change in governance system of Pakistan.
