About this app

Pakistan Citizen Portal is an integrated citizens grievance redressal system connecting all government organizations both at federal and provincial levels. The system will serve as carrier of complaints to their respective offices across all over Pakistan. Eventually, the citizen feedback will be linked to an officer’s performance and promotion. The App will serve as complementary channel between citizen and government.

1. interface is not very user- friendly. one can't go back a step to rectify things while filing a complaint. if one goes back, his draft complaint won't be saved. 2. A permissions bug is stopping pics from uploading 3. while writing a complaint , the keyboard hides the text area. so one can't read what is being typed. 4. no action being taken on clicking the withdraw omplaint option. 5. No search bar on the top of institutions page to quickly find and select the relevant desired institution.

Very disappointing and ineffective app. I submitted a serious complaint on 16 December 2025 regarding illegal construction blocking drainage and causing water accumulation in front of my house. Passing through the street has become very difficult and health risks are increasing. Despite follow-ups, no inspection or action has been taken. The app only generates complaint numbers with no accountability or real resolution. Completely unreliable.

Our complaints remain pending for 20–25 days, and even after sending multiple emails, there is no response. It is requested that all complaints should be resolved and replied to within a maximum of 20 days so that people’s trust in the system can be maintained.
