Walk the Dog? will pull the current temperature where you are, review your breed's information and let you know if this is good, or unhealthy, weather for walking your dog.
Can Your Breed Stand the Heat?
Each breed is different and has a different tolerance to temperature. Some breeds have poor health if kept in too much cold weather. Some breeds love the cold and thrive in it. And still other breeds get sick very easily when exerting themselves in weather that is too hot for them.
When you know if the weather is too extreme for your dog, you can exercise her healthily and prevent her from getting sick.
And your dog's ability to stand the weather has to do with more then how much hair they have. Some things that determine your dog's tolerance are
* breed history
* type of coat
* respiratory characteristics
You may need to consider some of these factors, especially when the weather is changing. Weather to Walk for Dogs has this information and figures it out for you. The Walk the Dog app uses an algorithm to match breed information and evaluate it with current weather temperature.

Dog Tracks helps you to lay and follow up your tracks and markers.
With Dog Tracks you first walk the track and lay the markers. When the track is finished you will see a map of the track with the markers. A summary will show the length of the track, number of markers and the time it took for you to walk the track.
When your dog walks the track Dog Tracks will draw a new track on the map and automatically mark the markers your dog finds. You will see the track you walked and in real time follow your dog's track.
After you and your dog have walked the track you will see a map that shows both tracks, which marker your dog has found, track length and time. You can log weather and wind conditions and also write your own comments.
Dog Tracks requires that Location service, GPS and Mobile Data is enabled on your phone.
