a truly dreadful experience trying to use the Holiday Inn EV charger in Newport, Wales. QR code link on charger displayed a blank screen until I discovered that it didn't work on my Edge Browser - only Chrome. Secondly I wanted to stop the charging and despite saying that I needed to scan another QR code, when I went to that URL, there was no option available to stop charging! A msg said to click on the link of the confirmation SMS - which also didn't offer a STOP CHARGING option!! Never again..

Loving the Optimus EV charger, it's great looking with a cool blue glow, but I have to say I'm really happy with the app. I can see exactly what I am spending and the scheduling over night is already saving me a small fortune - haven't tried putting it on the network yet to earn money, but it's nice to know it is an option for when I go on holiday!

Unable to reserve public charger for continuous session if it's overlapping with the overnight time slot (21:00 - 8:00). Needed to charge from 17:45 - 23:00 so I had to reserve two sessions for the same charger. Even then, my charging didn't continue to the second session but had stopped when I checked at 22:00. App very hard to use, complicated to sign up and book/charge. You need to seriously review how you're approaching this as your competitors are miles ahead.
