Meh Not impressed. Doesn't give me all the info I need. I still have to sign in to the website and if I'm going to do that I don't need the app.
Buggy,Slow and trade values don't match store values. Buggy Slow and no where near as good as Gamestop's app. Maybe with some updates it can get better.
$119 Club Membership & Useless APP Its a very cool app if you enjoy things like watching grass grow or paint dry.
Don't even bother Prices in the app don't reflect in store. App said I would get $32 for Witcher 3 and I received 16.50 (which the rep did not tell me). Thats a huge difference. Even worse I emailed my concerns and the answer I got was "in store prices are the final trade in" then why have an app if its giving misinformation? The rep did nothing to resolve my situation but thanked me for being a best buy elite member (I spend a lot of money there). I basically got told it sucks to suck even though I spend money there.
It's a start GameStop is getting impressively good with their mobile software, and it would be better if there were integration with your BestBuy account in this app for the reasons their app is so useful. They currently have the best offer in gaming but the experience is severely lacking.
Great for gamers Trade in values readily available is very nice, plus the new library feature that tells you what its with is nice too. Push notifications for promotions would be nice though.
