This app is not user friendly... jump through a bunch of hoops to not give me what I'm looking for... Here's a hint, there's not a tire button to click on... then while entering vehicle information, the keyboard pops up to block the choice every time there's a choice to be made in the drop down , it's covered up.... there's more nonsense, but I'll digress...

Pointless app. Doesn't find car, can't make appointment. As useful as replacing my own tires. Why do I need this app if it competition apps work? Have a quote and schedule from competitors. Did not receive either possibilities from this unworkable app / and the website is WAY WAY WAY worse. Use to respect Discount Tire. Extremely disappointed with app and website. Easy fix and upgrade. Broke app and website. Literally do not like having good customers!!!

Had the app installed for a matter of minutes and it's getting deleted. User interface is frustrating, it's quirky and buggy, can't use the vehicle visualizer to see how wheels look because the drop down menus to enter my vehicle info are completely non responsive when I try to tap on them. This was on a Galaxy S24.
