This is a good app version of the web app. While I have problems with the web version, I actually prefer working out of the Android app precisely because there is no trouble that I won't accidentally move tasks out of their parent task (hint, hint Cameron). The app syncs fast and the display is clear and uncluttered. The entering of tasks is very easy. The only complaint I have is that the app doesn't respond often when I touch a queue. I often have to touch a queue one to three times before the queue will open for me to view my tasks. I don't have this problem when I click on the tasks though, only the queues. Otherwise, it's a great app to use in conjunction with the web app.
Sad I didn't find this before If you have your life integrated with Google mail and calendars, this system (app, website and plug-ins) is simply top notch. I also recommend incorporating a daily paper scheduling for "today's list." A real cost of less than $3 per month is a bargain. Be happy that you finally found this! Celebrate by getting a bunch of stuff done.
Missing only one thing Reports. When planning, a list or grid of time planned, days across the top, queues down the side . A quick sanity check when planning . Currently, I use the gcal integration for that. A similar chart for tasks completed , to give to payroll, and a final one with two columns per day across the top: planned and completed to see how well I followed the plan.
Solid app with some quirks I love the functionality of the app but I have a problem with the dates of tasks on the widget getting all out of whack. Sometimes they will show the year as 1970, sometimes 2200. Going into the app and doing a sync fixes the problem but is a bit annoying.
Best app for GTD Finally a app that does everything with simplicity. Every other app lacks something, be it calendar 2 ways Integration, merge apps, etc... This one has it all in a clean interface. It's time now to get things done.
Impractical No SMS without Google Apps for Work makes it unusable for me. Even popup notifications don't work, even though I have it integrated with my Google Calendar.
