I updated this app yesterday afternoon but it was disappointed and inconvenience. The latest version doesn't have any notification sound, can't find any setting in the app. I can't know when the order is coming in. Can the relevant team fix this bug? Or at least let me reverse back to the previous version urgently???

This is second time we received review about missing item. we are sure all items packed. even earlier report grab just refunded to customer even when we tried to report again. we have checked our cctv. today there is another review from customer saying missing 1 kg sugar. how its possible for us to miss to pack when its only one item as total order. its either customer issue or rider issue. its no longer shop issue. this type of review will damage our brand. not only that, we have issue with you

How many times this app need to be update? My merchant app sometimes not responding after updating so many times in a week. I had to check in everytime to make it run. But when i exit the app without logout, apps stop in background. Couple if orders that had been missed. No more updating the app.
