If you have a question or problem with delivery, the product, or the charge, forget about speaking directly to customer service. It's all automated. Forget about actual customer service. Their turbo service is great. If you're ordering food that's supposed to be hot it's hit or miss. The drivers all use their little motor scooters and often try to deliver 2-3 additional orders before they deliver yours. Thailand had much better, accurate service overall.

Terrible experience. Customer service is nonexistent, so good luck if you have an issue. Food took over one hour longer than the estimated when ordered! No way to contact the restaurant, the driver, or the app. To top it off, the driver didn't deliver to the room, because they couldn't bother to look for the room number that I had written in the address details. Needless to say food was cold, and I didn't get what I ordered or utensils, but I guess that's on the restaurant itself. Disappointed.

This app started out great. You put your credit information in and order. BUT, after a few orders your credit card gets DENIED and your orders CANCELLED? I had to place 3 different credit cards in this app to get just one to work? There reasoning is ridiculous. Card verification? Duhhh, I'm traveling overseas, my cards all have security checks. Why make it difficult for travelers to use with card verification? And, they never sent the verification to my cards so you're stuck?
