I remember it used to auto select my paid membership discount when I checkout food delivery. It'll auto apply the -$3 delivery fee when food is more than $15. About a year ago, it's changed to forcing me to manually select every single time. If you forget, there's no way to request for refund. Platform is basically counting on ppl missing this out to save on cost. Well, 1 star for disingenuous practices. Reply: Nah. can't get thru to help center, no such options, no chat. 1 star stays.

Grab is a convenient and reliable app that I use for transportation and food delivery. The interface is simple, making it easy to book rides, order meals, and make cashless payments. I appreciate the real-time tracking feature, which helps me know exactly when my driver or delivery will arrive. The app also offers promotions and rewards that make it more affordable. Overall, Grab is a very useful app for everyday life and has made traveling and ordering food much more convenient.

Worst experience for my food delivery today. I waited for 2 hours for the food to reach my home. Additionally, the food was freezing cooled when reached while the ice from the drink was completely melted. Really disappointed to use this application for food delivery. The issue with Grab is that there was no driver to pick up the food tho. Use it wisely and think twice before you use it. I encounter quite a few times that the food deliver was missing and something the package deal was opened.
