I was using my malaysian number. Now i work in philippines and it doesnt allow me to change to phil. Number. Now, someone is using my MY number and the email has changed and name but im still logfed in and using the app and the picture is mine. I need my rcpts. I contacted the support and they told me yo just create a new accnt. Then i asked how about the reqard points. I would need to start from 0?... no answer.

I tried using other payment methods instead of cash but the app would not allow me to sellect other options. tried emailing the support stuff and the only responds was, we will look into it. it has already been a year and its still the same. I have topped up credits but I could not use them. I want a refund.

Its weakness is you CAN'T login with your EMAIL, it sucks so much tbh. Because i often changed my number, and when i tried to login with the SAME email but DIFFERENT number then i would lose all my GRAB POINTS and my GRABPAY. Luckily i still have my old simcard. Dear Grab, just let us login with our email for god's sake.
Your app is malfunctioning. It would say that the driver cannot be contacted, or that the driver cancelled, then later i would get a phone call from the drivers that they are already outside my place while i have already found another ride! Today it said that nobody took my request for a grabtaxi only to find the taxi waiting for me at the gate just when my uber arrived! This has not only happened once but several times already!

Ok. Fare for trip from Genting Highland to anywhere else has been fixed. Thankyou for fixing this. There should be a reminder/notification/popup to give ratings to the drivers.. Since it can be ignored, then it should not affect driver's "DR" if riders doesn't respond to the rating process. Pickup/drop-off location still not accurate thus giving difficulties to both parties (riders & drivers). Fare must be based on trip's road distance, not on air distance. Trip usually has less air distance compared to road distance. Kindly fix these problems, thankyou. I'm a grab rider & also fulltime grab driver.

I've been transfered 100k in 100% Extra Grabpay, either my original top up and extra credit didn't appear in my aplication. Already call the support and email with the evidence, no one have a solution. Bad app, bad rate, bad support. Please response.
Terrible customer service. My dad lost his phone in the Grab car, and they refuse to give us any information if the driver found it or not. This was over a week ago, and we sent about 3 emails. I don't plan on using Grab ever again.
More than one hour im trying to open this app !!! But i cant i dont no why and its really very urgent !! First i thought the prob is my phone then i clear my cache,data,restart my phone even i uninstall and install back the app but still cant, before i use this app and i love it... There are a lot of discounts & promo that make Grab a lot cheaper than its competitors. However, during peak hours, the rate is so much higher that I have to choose others. During rain and weekend mornings, it's kinda hard to find drivers. But all-in-all, Grab is still a great choice.
Okay. I'm a user from jakarta. Grab usually give the customers some promo codes to insert to their trips. But some driver always cancel the trip just because i put the code in it.sometime they're just complaining bout it. Please do something with it. Thank you.
I dunno what i have to say again in this review. Top up 100k and get extra 100k. But the fact is the extra 100k didnt show up, after im calling the cust service explained that must be waiting until 1x24 hours. But the last i called on 2th april 2017 until now 5th april 2017. And already sent email too, but didnt get any fast response for this case. So please fix the problem. ASAP. Thx u
Love Grab Car! Either is hot sunny day, early in the morning or rainy days, one click on my mobile phone, so easy! Fast response from the driver to take our order is also VERY important. Unlike the other competitor, cheaper price but takes FOREVER to order 😖 Keep up the good work!
It's hard to get driver when peak hour. Also the app sometime crash, I book it and get a driver, but the driver can't use the app properly. One time after the driver end my trip, the app on my phone still showing "en route" status. Fix your server please, add the capacity if it is often overload. Thank you
Because of no incentive the driver is now very far away from my location.. So when request it take more than 10 minutes to go to my workplace. I'm not happy with this apps now
There's something wrong with your servers. The driver's side didn't get my promo and still displayed my fare normally so since I paid using cash and didn't want to start any arguments, I paid using the normal fare. Also, I can't send any chats to the driver while I still received his chats. This has been happening for 2 days now so I'm sure it's the server's fault. Get it fixed and I'll rate it back to 5 stars. :)
Grab driver has no sense of directions, cancellation by driver because they can't find your location happens too often. I even had a driver more than 2 street away from my location sent a "I have arrived", on the map he is clearly 2 streets away. After texting to guide the driver, he went wrong way again and cancelled after making me wait for more than 10mins. Had to book another ride but this time the rate is 1.5x of the previous rate I booked 15mins ago. Sent many complaints even after I asked for a response by email, grab did not respond.
Unstable, poor service, poor connection to server, often ubale to get cabs, promo codes don't work, trip fares are inaccurate and usually 10-20% more than stipulated. Better to use uber
By far i prefer grab because they offering a more cheap fare and in-built communication app. But the app reliability and the map accuracy still a minus point. Grab is more often to crash, disconnected, and have slow loading time
used to be quite efficient, but with the recent updates, app has been crashing more and more, it would inform me that "my driver has arrived" though the app was still on the main search page. Just today, it cancelled my booking right as it crashed.

Very bad support crew every call has a waiting time of at least 5 minutes and nothing seems to be able to be solved by them. Every solution provided by them leads back to them saying they will speak to relavant department but they will never get back to you.
have disappointed by the driver partner has been cheat when I using promo code . and there is no handling even solution from Grab about this issue . sending complain is useless they're blind won't fix the problems. so UNINSTALL it!!
-Good for off peak hour only. -forget bout grab during peak hour, the price is way too expensive -Some grab driver don't even know their way, waste of time to wait for them. -Best if the app can predetermined the erp charges if there's any.
I find booking thru grab very convenient but one error that i face continuously is whenever grab can't find me a driver, i will press 'cancel', and close the app and find other traveling options. Suddenly i will receive a notification saying that they have found me a driver. This is unfair for the driver and grab user. Please rectify this issue.
Today is first time my wife using grab. In map driver looks near, but actually far from her. She try in third order and found same matter. Idk wether they using fake gps (pls this not playing Pokemon Go! Dude!!!) or Grab not fit for using variable to manage this "near" matter. Pls fix this, and i'll change my rating!
It would be more helpful if the apps informs you the colour of the car. It is quite difficult to see the car model and plate number when there are too many cars at the pickup area. Thank you
Top up grabpay ga masuk2 ke saldo, dah komplain berulang kali tapi ga ada follow up nya dari grab hanya diminta menunggu dan menunggu tanpa ada batasan waktu yang jelas. Driver juga susah sekali dapatnya, katanya jaminan bakal dapat driver, tapi kenyataan dilapangan ga sesuai, apalagi jika kita paymentnya pakai grabpay bukan tunai
Saya Top up Grabpay 50000 katanya dapet extra 100% sudah di update smpe skrg belum nambah. Cari driver kalau bayar via grabpay amat sangat sulit pdhal ditempat saya nunggu order byk driver yg lg cari orderan. Sampai 1jam bru dapet driver yg mau dibayar pakai grabpay. Buat apa ngisi grabpay kalau tidak digunakan akhirnya lebih sering byr cash.
Android new version not only is confusing in its interface but it's actually way worse in finding you a cab. Not sure what they have 'improved' but surely service level has gone down
add an option to change destination. thats what it lacks. and grabpay is still a mess please fix. my friend had topped his but none of his money goes into his grab pay. otherwise, perfect.

Does not vet drivers well. They often refuse to cancel instead forcing ride takers to and affecting, making it difficult to get rides. Motorbikes rarely have mirrors, and drivers constantly text and drive.
