Not usable if you're not a resident in the country you wish to use the app. My credit card from another country did not work. So I put cash into the app. But then 'verification' was required to use the cash, but I could not verify without a local address. They then would not refund the cash that I could not use. CAUTION! Edit: I contacted customer support numerous times, and they had no solution. They just kept saying to verify, never acknowledging that it was impossible for me.

Really needs improving. It takes ages to get a car sometimes in peak periods and if even the higher prices aren't high enough it should be an option to manually choose an "offer price" to entice a driver. Furthermore it seems like most drivers only take cash and then they won't have any change on them which is really inconvenient.

The geolocation accuracy of the app is quite off. This caused the driver to drive to a pickup location that was about 80 meters away from where I was. I needed to cross a road and walked to find the car while the driver and I talked on the phone to find each other. Much improvement on the app is required in this aspect.
