Grab sucks. The app sucks. I made 2 orders, the restaurants didn't accept them, but I have to wait for the system to cancel them. Once I waited 1.5 hours!!! Make a chat with the restaurant or your agent to quickly resolve these issues, instead of waiting until it becomes known after 1.5-2 hours that the restaurant is long closed. The support sucks. The same problem with taxi.

This app is frustrating to use and not very user intuitive. After you have ordered a car, it is impossible to zoom in on your pick up location to check your own location in reference to it. There are an annoying amount of notifications. Using it because I'm overseas and this is one of the most used ride share apps where I am.

I've been a loyal Grab customer for a long time and overall pretty satisfied. But lately there's this small thing that's super annoying — small, but enough to make me think twice about using Grab. It's the ads that pop up when we hit "search for a ride." That’s the worst timing, because we’re usually in a rush and need to focus on picking the right ride. Suddenly an ad shows up, totally distracting. Why even put ads there if your main income isn’t from ads?

But when the bug is in an app, we won't want you to eat it. And we certainly won't try to make more of it.
