Chat with agent not available, no support email for contact, no forms available to fill out as stated in the help centre, no chat with us function is visible in the app. A drastic change in the paylater amount suddenly after an email called paylater amount adjustment. All amounts are paid on time and using Grab for many years, submitted an income statement too. Its a time to find an alternative app for regular use. Grab is well established now so they don't care consumers anymore.

I really don't get it, there was a nearer ride/driver which takes just 3 minutes for pick up but instead was given another which takes longer to wait and pick-up. To make things even better, they have to make one drop-off first. What kind of arrangement is this!?! And also, why is it that the route suggested is longer while there is route which more time efficient!?!

I have been using Grab for years and I trusted this platform but recently since last month, I had a few times drivers suddenly cancelled the trip even though they are like 3 - 5 mins away. This usually happened when the price is reduced. Strangely it was not even reported or documented on the activity section of the platforms. It's not good in a way for I had been waiting for quite some time only for them to cancel it in the end. It is frustratingly stressful and wasting of people's time.

What's new
