适应方面是不错，但是我觉得有一个地方可以改。就是说改成一个人或者多人的选项，多人可以AA支付，但是一个人坐的话费用根本承担不起。我只是要去一个蛮近的地方就需要我20多块钱。身为一个学生这个负担太大了。再说了我几乎每天都在用grab，那为何不给多一些优惠呢。我的生活费用完全不够用，我每个月在你这里已经花了超过300了。希望能改改

什么鬼，写一大堆根本没发布！只是自己写给自己看！垃圾！点餐遇到一间非常差强人意，位于"怡保的伟杰海鲜馆",餐馆没有营业却依然接受顾客order ！让人白白浪费时间等餐，结果送餐员取消订单，才知道餐馆原来闭店！ 而且不只一次发生这种低级错误！向餐馆投诉后，下次再次点餐时，竟然遭到餐馆拒绝了！ grab并没有给顾客可以投诉的渠道，让人在grab order 感受了这么不愉快的体验！希望平台好好管理这种没素质的餐馆

严重的时候会溢价，以为周围没有车辆才贵的，但是下单了之后是周围突然有人接单。没有下雨也那么贵（下雨上到2-3倍），周围都有车，不带这么玩的。以后曾加一个客户提供路线给司机，要不然每次明明能够走近路，却要绕不必要的路
