這款軟件實在是令人不滿。 司機已經安全把我帶到目的地，但是地圖上卻顯示還沒有，跟司機討論了之後把目的地改成軟件上所在位置軟件卻不讓（距離相差不遠，甚至不足50米），還害我被司機責怪。想申訴卻只能申訴到沒做錯事的司機身上，甚至連貼士都不讓我給司機。這軟件簡直爛透了，不方便之餘，連申訴流程也做得極不完善，只許舉報司機，不讓客戶申訴軟件出現的問題？我建議貴司的導航可以跟waze合作，不只導航更准確，變通性也更高。

叫車價目是海鮮價！不同時間不同價，差10分鐘也會相差很多！最怕是等了司機十多分鐘，才給司機取消單，結果又要再等另外10分鐘！所以去機場嗰程都唔敢叫Grab！

請問一下 能不能有繁體中文的 有沒有中文版本阿。謝謝。請改進，. 車到了 師機 說他的車子 是電動車不載 沒辦法跑太遠會沒電 為什麼沒有取消鍵阿 師機不載 沒辦法取消。 也沒辦法叫車子。 害我站在 春武里府 馬路邊 等了。5個小時。沒辦法 再重新 叫車。因為沒有取消鍵 師機也不取消
