星馬行程結束返港後，我打算把旅程期間的付款紀錄全部列印備存。惟該應用程式要找回每筆付款收據，竟需先進入 Help Centre 以 AI 搜尋，逐一打開各行程，再輸入「Email receipt」並多次操作，方可收到電郵收據；而電郵帳單版面亦不利列印。至於已取消行程的費用帳單，更無法列印。整體用戶體驗支離破碎，將原本簡單的流程無謂地複雜化。 相較之下，Uber 的操作更為清晰直接：在每筆行程紀錄內即可下載對應的 PDF 帳單。難以置信 Grab 作為多年發展的產品，至今仍未能提供成熟一致的收據下載與列印體驗。

叫車價目是海鮮價！不同時間不同價，差10分鐘也會相差很多！最怕是等了司機十多分鐘，才給司機取消單，結果又要再等另外10分鐘！所以去機場嗰程都唔敢叫Grab！
