Our food didn't show up but we were charged. Customer service was difficult to reach. I submitted a ticket through the app, which was pending until it disappeared without explanation. I called customer support who said they can't help me unless they call me back in 15 minutes, which of course, they never did. Eventually I did get an email from them telling me to resolve it through the restaurant directly. Had words for them. Did get the money back. Lesson: pay with cash when ordering food.

I cancelled a trip that was taking forever to make a match. An hour later I found out that I was apparently on a trip to the airport even though I wasn't. I tried to cancel, but there was no option to do that. The driver claimed to have completed the trip even though the GPS showed he never left the pickup spot. I was charged full fare, and the support center was useless. Overall, compared to uber or other ride shares, this feels more like a scam.

They are now charging a fee if your card is international even if your card is already converted to local currency. This app is for scammers, don't do a taxi, they will take a longer route on purpose miss multiple turns, numerous times the meter was started before I enter the vehicle even though im there when they pull up and it takes for ever to get any sort of money back when you are taken advantage of. Food comes with missing items all the time and customer support just says sorry. no refund.
