They suspend my id without any explanation .. I call the cs, and the said there are many factors why my id suspended. But she cant be so sure which one cause my id suspended. She said maybe i canceled my order too many times or maybe i own more than one id. Yet i said i never did it. U may check. And their solution just told me to submit a form in which they never know when will be finished. However, i have sum amount of grabpay there. And they cant give me any other faster solution.
Terrible customer service! Refused to help us recover medication left in car despite medical urgency and put my brother's life at risk. They also lied to us when they said they would keep calling the cab driver but we later found out they only tried twice within half an hour then did not continue to follow up. They told us to call the police if further assistance was required. Absolutely atrocious!
Worse... After a few update. The app running during the trip the gps no show, cant see if the person have a safety trip home as no show of the route sign during the trip. there is no show of latest trip in the history.
After entering the promo and before booking it, it state that the is discount is entitle so I proceed with booking. But at the end of the trip NO DISCOUNT was reflected in it. Worst after calling CS no help was given and was told to input the promo properly. Still as I say I did and was reflected that promo redeem for that trip. Sure poor and rubbish app. OK FAIR ENOUGH CS told me that they will email me for my next trip but for DAYS, I didn't receive any at all. ALL ARE BULLSHIT JUST TO BRUSH AWAY IN ORDER TO PUT THE PUT. ATTITUDE WAS SUPER DAMN NO GOOD when talking. Never met with sure service before. This is the WORST CS I EVER ENCOUNTER.
I find the many choices of ride type confusing. But I guess this is what typical consumers like - to "appear to" have many choices, even though the end goals were always the same: to get from point A to point B. The introduction of JustGrab may have just solved the problem, especially for people like me. I have enough of problems to deal with each day, the last thing I want to add to my list is to decide "which ride type to choose". Kudos to the operator for keep innovating!
Only problem is when we landed and rated a driver excellent, we realise we were at a wrong place; botanical garden entry for hiking up to station. Wasted time and had to book another grab driver to send us to Penang Hill station.
