Beware of Mr. Edwin Chavez Gumapac. His modus operandi is to force you to cancel the booking if he finds your destination too inconvenient for him to travel to. Of course you shouldn't cancel the booking. He should cancel it if he doesn't want to take you to your destination. He will then click the trip completed tab, and you will be instantly charged for a trip that never happened. He is a thief and yet Grab hasn't sanctioned him for his crime.
Passengers beware. These drivers want to maintain 100% daily acceptance rate. So they will accept you even though they actually don't want to. Then they will call you with excuses like traffic jam or missed turnings to get YOU TO CANCEL so that their acceptance rate remains intact and their cancellation rate doesn't climb. I always tell him either YOU COME or YOU CANCEL. I won't cancel!!!
Lately having lots of issue. Keep popping up error of fare changed and request me to book again which later goes to an infinite loop. And please fire the one who suggested to remove the favourite button from given discount. If you are not sincere on giving the discount, just keep it to yourself.
The app is worse now after the update! Why the heck are you messing with it when there's nothing wrong? The GrabRewards section is now pure rubbish. All my favorite codes are missing and now I can't even favorite any of them! So I need to keep inputting the code manually! Your tech team are idiots!
I can't use my credit payment, still didn't settled after u contact for help and send report, please check because it's been half a year since I can use credit payment. I keep on trying to settle the RM4 BUT CANNOT BE DONE
Drivers keep refusing to pick up Grabshare and Justgrab rides, I can see 10 cars around my vicinity and the search almost always ends with no drivers found. Drivers accepting the ride then immediately canceling is also a common problem. Frustrating to use.
This update contains a bunch of code clean-ups for better app performance so you can continue to book Grab rides easily and effortlessly.
