Grab drivers always refer to waze instructions even if the pick point of passenger is different. Thus keeping us waiting and more often that Drivers will cancel just my booking because they don't want to re-route. Waze is TOTALLY UNRELIABLE. Grab driver should be instructed to use a Better maps than Waze.
Poor application without a solution! I topped up 300K, due to unbelieveble reason that i cancelled my orders then they suspended my account without any verification. Sometimes the driver too far and took my order. Sometime the driver stuck in traffic jam and took my order. Sometimes they take the order but couldnt be contacted. Should i wait forever to get picked?? One thing. How about my topped up account? Did grab return back to me?? Nope! Thats it. I wouldnt use grab ever again.
Shame, using credit card for payment with promotion, but the driver still ask money and say that the credit card only cover the promotion and not the actual price. Next month, credit card report shows the exact amount of money asked by the driver, which mean I paid twice. This happened twice on me. Which mean the app or the driver is stealing my money. Not worth it, better use another service.
Still some issues with locations...seems to not totally match with google maps as doesn't have all the same locations. Also, the gps is buggy (not my phone, other apps work fine), but support did show me a way to manually select my pickup location so appreciated that. Still prefer grab to uber every time.
This app is good but only certain things, when booking done, the bid of the driver are too far away from my pick up point. It should improve more on that. I don think people would want to wait for another 10 min for the driver to arrived. Unlike Uber, they responded fast and the nearest pick up the call. Often Uber pick up passenger less then 2 min arrival.
This is because grab couldn't manage my query regarding the issue of my grabpay. I couldn't use grabpay credit even tho i still have balance there. Already emailed several times but no response from grab till now. It seems that the button of 'feedback' on grab is only just a button away because grab had no action to solved on customers issue like mine. Even they don't give me an update or explanation why such issue happened to me. Such a bad service from grab. As far as i'm concerned, i can sum up they're service for customers issue like this really bad. I never want to use grab ever again. Disappointed on this. A lot.
