It's the second time my grab app is getting error. I've trying to booking a grabcar but this app saying that they can't find any driver for me. I try so many times till a notification say that my promo code has been used (i used a promo code in my ride). And then another notif rise, the driver message me. I click the notif but nothing happens. Then the driver messages me so many times, but the driver's messages didn't appear although i click it. I hope you can understand my bad english. Be good soon~
the support team being weak is my biggest issue but i have a few. constantly competing with uber while failing miserably every week. i've been in grabshare rides that lasted 2 hours multiple times because of terrible route choices, absolutely defeating the purpose of taking a cab in the first place (wanting to reach my destination early). grab is always just a second choice for me when uber is having surcharges. constant payment bugs yet problem takes alledgedly "few days" to resolve. just check out the google reviews (saw them while looking for a contact number). i might be being too harsh but i guess there are only two kinds of ppl in singapore, grab or uber users lol
The app have system defect and technical issue. When customer service is contacted , response was very late and no ownership of their own mistake. Drivers did not even pick me up but said ride was complete and my card was charged. Even refund was not able to do but voucher was given. Driver do not even take the rides if the fares are low. When given feedback, the response was just mere excuses.
Missed an important check-up for my newborn daugther's doctor due to the cancellation of a Grabcar driver who was almost to our house then cancelled the booking the last minute when he was near our place. Update. Gave grab a second chance but why does the gprs location is different with the address and location I am standing. Uber is much better. Always issues with grab
This morning I have not got into the car. Driver drove away after a few mins of waiting and I was charged 11$, instead of 6$ as shown initial. I felt like being cheated. Anyway the driver came back after I called him.
The app design is nice and user friendly. A description of how the fares are charged would be nice though. Because the fares doesn't seem to be fixed. For example,Justgrab,where the price should be fixed but sometimes its more than usual.
