Very disappointing.app is not user-friendly and often fails to install properly on the first attempt.Even basic functions,like Wi-Fi sync give trouble.It has monthly fee whereas others are free.Device suddenly stop working with memory card.Without any investigation they ask to change memory card(despite the existing card is fine)If you call cc for complaint,they will take time but will not give you time to check their solution.Rather will ask you to call again and place another complaint.

Very bad experience on alo obd2 vihicle tracker, from purchasing to till now, they had replaced the product. Not yet ok. Who are in support team they have no minimum idea about their product. Recommended for not to use.

worst possible app in the market. Near zero after sales service. Call centre is not all helpful. when I changed my car and wanted to transfer the tracker to the new car, they asked me to do it myself as they do not provide such service. there is always a lag in location.
