My company just signed up with FlexFacts for our FSA program. So far I have been unable to even login to the app. It takes my username and password, then it just spins for 10 seconds and closes the app. I've even tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling and it still does the same thing. Very frustrating to not even be able to use these new services. I am able to login to the desktop version, but not as convenient as using the App. Hoping this gets resolved soon.
