It keeps logging me out, I can barely submit 1 claim before it becomes idle and I have to login again, authenticate and add filters for transactions manually, and you can't even download the report once you setup your filters. It's really discouraging, time consuming and annoying. Once you submit an amount for payment you cannot view its associated documentation that you attached, and not even the dates of service covered. Its just a real challenge.

My company just signed up with FlexFacts for our FSA program. So far I have been unable to even login to the app. It takes my username and password, then it just spins for 10 seconds and closes the app. I've even tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling and it still does the same thing. Very frustrating to not even be able to use these new services. I am able to login to the desktop version, but not as convenient as using the App. Hoping this gets resolved soon.

The ability to see what's the spending limit is helpful. The scanner to check what items are accepted worked part of the time. I have not encountered any bugs or other issues while using the app.
