Now the app lists products from 3rd party sellers, it's impossible to browse for instore items. If I wanted to mail order from a 3rd party seller I'd just order from a well known marketplace where the delivery cost is much easier to work out. 2025 Update: still impossible to simply list in store products. As a result my in-store spend has reduced.

Its a good app, quite fast(ish).. Its not the best, but its a good app. The shop brand itself ? BnQ is a great shop and brand, but its prices have risen dramatically over the past few years. It might be, in there eyes, rising prices with the times? but these shops need to remember that our wages dont rise! Not like they should. so we would like you to take that into consideration? Alot! more going forward. Thank you for your help and service BnQ.

B&Q you REALLY need to sort your website out. Every time I go on your website I can use it for around 20 seconds then it gives an error stating "something went wrong, out Techies are working on it". It's been doing it for months and is completely usable. It won't let you do anything. So if you leave then go back on again ten minutes later it works, but only for another 20 seconds until it gives the same warning. B&Q should be better than that. Using Win11 Firefox browser for ref
