Great way to get a prescription refill for $3.99 Spoke to a nurse who was very helpful, then eventually was able to speak to a doctor who gave me a prescription for an asthma rescue inhaler. Great Service, very friendly. NOTE: They tried to charge me an additional fee of 39.95 to speak with a doctor. REMIND THEM the cost is only 3.99 to speak to a nurse AND doctor, without any additional fees, as stated in the description of this app. They will fix the error and let you speak to a doctor. Total cost was 3.99. The process took approximately 1 hour. I will use this app instead of Doctor on Demand for all future prescription needs.
Excellent Service and staff used the service in the middle of the night 800 miles from home. my symptoms were thoroughly discussed. because of the severity of the symptoms the nurse said that I said should seek care locally as soon as possible. she provided a list of possible locations for me to go to. I was given instructions on what to do until I got there as well as other important information. if you're feeling sick and don't know what to do, this is definitely a good service.
I knew my symptom but wanted more info They had so much great knowledge to help me with my illness and it was easier than trying a bunch of websites online. I didn't have to use the urgent call number because I got all I needed just from the information provided. This seems to be a great app and I have referred family and friends to try it.
Love it I have a controlled case of asthma. However, the weather was windy and I wasvrunning low on my normal meds. I did not realize that I had no refills left. The pharmacy called my doctors office and they said no I need to make an appt. I tried to make an appt , but it takes weeks. I did not want to go to the ER, that is pointless and expensive. Then I found this app. Within 30 mins I was on the phone with a doctor. They called my regular meds in to my local pharmacy. Yay!
Not as described Signed up, spoke with someone (nurse) with simple med request. Description says prescriptions written and nurse said they don't write prescriptions, suggested I go to low cost local doctor. If I could afford that (I have no insurance) why would I contact them? Waste of what limited funds I have! Very disappointed!
They were nice but really not any help I shld have just saved my money. If you have chest congestion or a sinus inf, you might as well just see a real doctor. The nurse advised me to see a physician and get medical treatment. . gee thanks . They turned my chest congestion into something bigger than it was..asking me if my lips were blue and such.I understand the liability they could face and i get it ..i do.. but maaan just bummed it cost me $4 for absolutely nothing. If you call make sure its for something very very simple
