Do not buy tickets on this app if you don't want to be ripped off. Bought a ticket with only pickup option available. I wasn't informed that I had to wait 2 hours before the machine is ready to deliver the ticket. Cut a long story short, I lost £10 when I asked for a refund. Despite GA's insistence that the app informed me of the 2 hours wait, I can assure you it didn't. Why would the app allow me to purchase a ticket for a train that is 15 minutes away if I can't get the ticket for another 2 hours!!
Without Smart Card integration and the ability to purchase season tickets without collection from machine this app is pointless. Totally rubbish. If anyone bothers to read these reviews please take note. This is the worst travel app. Your smart card is a waste of plastic and your just polluting the air with its manufacturer.
Needs smartticket seasoncard integration and Delay Repay integration (remembering user details). Would be helpful if it reminded you when your season ticket or smartticket was due to expire.
It's a little clunky, no easy way to delete multiple old tickets and it's always asking if I want to return back a screen. Can't add a London tube ticket either to smart format
It's a bit clunky as it takes 5 screens to get to the bar code to show to the ticket barrier, please add a short cut Please also add an automatic delete old tickets function
