Ratings and reviews

The app is helpful and the people at the branches are amazing, but they STILL don't support mobile deposit. It's 2026. Mobile deposit has existed for years. Everyone I talk to says this bank has it. I'm ready for mine to too. Plus, now that I've moved the nearest branch is 30 minutes away. They said they were going to have it sometime last year (2025) and it didn't happen....it's really frustrating....

remove last update now have to use screen lock and huge pain or login then code thru text. make easy access to balance again

I have been with the bank for yrs and love the website. The newest update is great. It lets me do more within my accounts then when it first rolled out. Keep up the great service at the bank and the website. With me moving to another town which doesn't have a local branch in it makes my life so much easier to have this application.🎉🎉
