This WAS a great app until the February 2017 update. Now posted check images are gone, the fonts are HUGE which is a new privacy issue since anyone can see my info now unless I am secluded. The fonts are so big that on the list of my accounts it takes 2 lines to list each one-very poor design. Plus no links work in the SETTINGS page. Extremely disappointing development. PLEASE FIX! PLEASE RETURN CHECK IMAGES!! I use a Samsung S7 EDGE, please, please fix this!
I was able to access all of my accounts before the update. Now, I can't because my user name is suddenly incorrect.
Please go back to the old way. I can't get this to work
Technologically speaking Great Southern Bank holds very true to its name meaning it is very behind on the times. The app is slow. It takes forever to load if I'm out in public. my balance is never updated correctly it's always behind. I originally had 5th 3rd Bank and I absolutely despise Great Southern Bank. They do not offer the same quality services that Fifth Third Bank did. Honestly the only reason why I've kept them is because they kept the original employees which is probably the only good thing they've done so far.
Update sucks After the update my balance is always 4 days behind. I downloaded the original app so that i wouldnt have to call bank to double check my balance. I want the update fixed, or undone. The old version worked great. Says updates fixed on 2.0.6? The update available to me is the 3.0.0. This one does not work!!!!!!
Sucks The online application will not allow me to verify my picture after completing the online process three times. The application appears looks like something out of 1950 and I was forced to use Bank with Great Southern because they brought out 53. It just blows my mind you all have money to buy banks but not fix the processing errors with your mobile application. Guess you all invested your money where you wanted too.
