App needs the scheduling function improved. it has gotten better over the years but it doesn't work well with the Gree Thermostat and Gree Flex system. the thermostat just jumps into the wrong program at the wrong time throughout the day. we'll wake up so so hot and see it switched to leave or we will start freezing and see it switched to sleep schedule.

My neighbors have units from the same company, and it’s a headache trying to figure out which unit is actually mine. There are issues with selecting the country and entering data. It took three tries just to get the code via email. I still haven't been able to connect my air conditioner to the app. Google Pixel 10 pro. Updated after month of use: The app is not that bad. All operations are going well.

The Gree update crashed every time I tried to start it. I uninstalled and deleted cash and data. it didn't resolve it. I finally took a hint that an access point or mesh network could be an issue. I unplugged my access point, plugged it back in and the app stopped crashing. I can only guess that one of the units connected to the access point when it was powered off and on again.
