Ratings and reviews

The pairing experice has been hit or miss for me. The app connects to the device hotspot and then asks for permission to connect to my home wifi but that part has not been successful for me. It connects maybe once after every thousand tries ! But after connecting once, the app works flawlessly. 2 stars! Edit : After updating the app, it automatically logs out and asks to login again. And then the login is unsuccessful no matter how many times i try. After 1 day or 2, i can login again ! 1 star!

After going through the painful process of adding each of the 5 head units I have to the app, I realized that this app needs a lot of work. Like others have said, I was tricked into the "smart" wifi features of this product. Timers were one of the features I really needed and they just DO NOT work. This app is supposed to control my Stealth Pinnacle system. I have called them 4 times so far for multiple reasons and stay on hold for 60-90 minutes before I hang up. Messages sent also go unanswered

Needs work. I have the issue I've seen here where the timers keep turning off. Then apparently after an update, when setting a timer I can only set the temperature in Celsius even though the app is set for Fahrenheit and that's what shows on the main screen. When I save a timer the Cancel/Save buttons are now Chinese characters. It lost Wifi connection after the update and now says it needs 2.4ghz wifi even though it connected on 5ghz before because I hadn't split that out on our router before.
