suddenly unable to pair the primary and colour stats to the app then could then they'd disappear then come back, but wouldnt connect via wifi, then said registered to cloud but when select "try' would show a comm error code. Even for a brief while it was working and I entered energy cost parameters it did not switch from HP to gas even though outside was 10F below switch point. Ive rebooted system modem reinstalled app. all around been a horrible experience. I might get an EcoBee.

cant turn off child lock on touch screen thermostat. says " Please press and the pop-up window for atleast 5 seconds to unlock the children lock" there is no popup window and ot doesnt seem to matter..tryed pressing and holding on everything on the screen no luck.

just downloaded this app to manage my newly installed heat pumps. the app is super easy to use and it almost has full function of the remote control. I am really happy with the UI and stress free - bug free app design. good job KingHome
