Scam. Downloaded within one minute of getting an email the 2022 version was available and that they were offering a free ticket to first 10,000 downloads. When I clicked the in app button to claim free ticket, error message...over and over again. Uninstalled, checked downloads and fewer than 5,000 had downloaded, but more errors and then finally a message saying all free tickets had been claimed. Get your act together Summerfest and QA your app. If it's not ready, don't launch it.

why facebook? I have an account with an email but it will only try to log me in with a Facebook account which I dont want to do. so I cant access tickets that I purchased outside of the app with an email account, and I cant log into it because it wants Facebook.

not useful at all. thought it would show locations for food. no matter what the search term it comes up with nothing.
