I can't find another sort of contact route, so I will say this here. The advertised as 'helpful convenient' shuttle service to the festival has been the absolute worst. The drivers do not where to go. Yesterday, it took 35 minutes,driving in circles and getting dropped off at the stables. The driver kept calling people to ask where to go and said he didn't get good instructions. today, the driver has been looping us around the festival grounds for again, 30 minutes. The wait to get on a shuttle

App was quite slow during times it was actually needed. Service lagged and was delayed even when trying to add payment methods on day one of the festival. Better than 2019 by a Longshot still.

This was so freakin awesome and helpful while using and heck Even before I arrived at the event , Each year I just simply pulled up and checked ✔️ everything out on the app , Grounds layout , ✅️ Event times ✅️, Who's playing where ☑️, Where is the H²O ⛺️, ✅️ you get the point 👉 right ?
