Terrible experience ordering from this app instead of a waiter. It completely changes the feeling of being at a restaurant and turns it into a tedious experience where you are signing up for an account, adding payment methods, and forced to pay every time you add something new to your order instead of checking out at the end.

I just want to order some food, not to be bombarded with sharing my location (even when I said no already), ads and gambling like spinners. Absolutely disgusting. Edit: add on top of that also the design which is made clearly to promote registering (annoying, but not uncommon), and popups with preselected checkbox to subscribe to your newsletter and stuff. Traps like these don't make me change my review at all. If anything, I will make sure a similar review is left to the pub using you too.

right after ordering, they signed me up to receive spam mail. no way to undo, and they steal your email address. I will remember to put fake email in next time, as they only take it to sell your details on. we were forced to use the app to order too because when we tried to order at the bar, the bar staff were too busy chatting and serving their friends and intentionally ignoring the customers waiting.
