Overall this app works, and that is what I need it to do. I've had issues in the past on occasion but they've done app maintenance and I don't have them anymore. It is pleasant to look at and the interface is easy to navigate! The one time I thought I lost my card I turned it off with the app and had so much less to worry about, and didn't even have to call while I was freaking out about the lost card. (Just put it somewhere dumb, thankfully!)

I loved the app until the most recent Android update. The latest Android update (Jan 2022), has made this app little more than an icon on my device. Speaking to the institution yields no clear timeline for resolution. Neither my device manufacturer nor Android have a timeline for resolution. I'd love to be able to use the app again because of the convenience.

This app has given me a lot of issues in the past but it's not because the app doesn't work, its because android doesn't auto update apps sometimes so older versions will stop supporting some features until you update it. Otherwise any issue I have with signing in is always quickly resolved with a call to the main branch so the only complaint I really have is that it'll lock me out every now and then.
