About this app

Muslim Scholars & Companions is the most extensive, interactive and up-to-date Muslim Scholar Database.

This work is an effort to collect, compile and store (electronically, in one place) authentic information about Muslim scholars since the advent of Islam more than 1400 years ago.

Features:
• It includes brief inter-linked biographies of Muslim scholars since the time of Companions of Prophet Muhammad (صلّی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلّم), arranged by century (AH) and areas of interest.
• It also includes all known companions (Sahaba, RA), famous Successors (Taba'een), their Followers (Taba' Taba'een) and later scholars including all known hadith narrators.
• Tags are used for easy grouping/searching/Events (like Abyssinia, Aqaba, Badr).
• Suggest as you type (the companion names).
• Different variations of name and kunya for a particular narrator/scholar are captured.
• Known family members (parents, siblings, spouses, children) are also recorded.
• Information like date of birth/death, places of stay, teacher and student list and narrator grade/rank provide useful details about hadeeth narrators.[More..]
• Student of hadeeth sciences can greatly benefit in the field of 'ilm al-rijal (knowledge of men/authorities), tabqat al-ruwat (classes of narrators) and al-jarh wa'l-ta'dil (impugnment & validation).

Amazing app. Problem is, when I was searching up someone, I saw it's mother or father and it was white. So when I pressed it because I wanted to learn about them it wouldn't work. But besides that, everything is amazing.(I kept saying or and it because it was a long time ago and And I don't remeber

Excellent work. Just would like to recommend an update. Kindly see if you can make a category section where we can select companion, tabi and tabi tabi', and the generations and get a list of all the Sahaba and Scholars within them!

GreenTech has some really amazingly helpful apps. May Allah grant them peace and a healthy life. They have done alot of work easy. All the references brought to one place it becomes easy to understand each Ayah. The All in One Hadith App is my best. Accurate References Subhanallah!!
