The main issue I hate is that I have to contact eZCard company to check on my credit card to see where purchases are done, and there's no app for that. On the bank app itself it also doesn't show where purchases were done, which is a huge issue. If I'm traveling I want to be able to have that access. Please make some updates so it's more convenient for those actually banking with you.

As of today 041922 it keeps getting worse. Freezes up constantly. Horrible app. And the new website design is even worse. it is not a friendly user website. This bank needs to hire an experienced web designer and programmer. I have been complaining about it and I do not think they listen. It deserves less than one star, unfortunately that option is not available..

Took a long time to submit the photos of the check deposit. The little circle showing the progress of the pictures went on for a minute or more. The instructions were somewhat vague after each step. Otherwise just a smooth process, could be much faster and clear.
