This app has always been so useful and helpful until they had a recent really annoying update. They made it to where I have to have a password to get into my phone and if I did the password it would automatic unlock my banking account. This is annoying because I've never had a password on my phone because I do not need one. The second option was to have a 2 step verification every single time I log into the app. I'm wasting half of my time just trying to get into my phone or into the app.

it was fine until it updated. Now I cant get into my account. thanks alot. 2/20/26 Much better now that they have the 4 digit password back.

This is the 1st time or version of this app that i have EVER been able to use consecutively, esp after an app update. Every other time before now, after an app update, myself or my log in information was never recognized and would end up locking me out of my account & leaving me not being able to access my information or my account. I finally got soooo frustrated I literally refused to use the app for almost an entire year. I was ready to close my accounts & find a different banking institution.
