Make doing the laundry less of a hassle with a mobile app that's as easy-to-use as our washing machines and dryers! The Circuit Laundry Plus app* lets you pay for your laundry in seconds... just turn up at your nearest Circuit launderette, load your laundry, choose your machine and payment method, select the programme you want to start - job done!

Once the washer or dryer gets going the app also gives you a countdown** that tells you how long there is to go until your laundry is done.

* Please note that your Circuit Laundry Plus app account is separate to your laundry card account you access from the Circuit website. Sign up is not required for the Circuit Laundry Plus, but does offer additional features such as seeing current room availability and account funding. Balances from your laundry card cannot be transferred to your Circuit app account and vice versa.

**The app will rely on your phone having a wi-fi, 3G, 4G or 5G signal inside the laundry room to activate the machines and also to see the countdown on the cycle if you leave to do something else while your wash completes. As long as you're connected, you can see how long is left on your chosen cycle and get on with other things instead of waiting in the launderette.

You accept that you have a non-exclusive licence to use the app. You agree not to copy the app or infringe our intellectual property rights in the app.

The minimum amount of top-up credit you can buy is £5.00. Your payment will be processed through a Payment Provider and Circuit will not hold any card details.

You can apply for a refund of part-used top-up credit by emailing us at [e-mail] with details of registered email address, the date of the in-App purchase, the amount of credit purchased, and the amount of credit to be refunded. No refund will be given on balances of less than £5.00. Refunds will incur an administration charge of £3.00, which will be deducted directly from the refund value. Refunds will be made using the payment method used for the purchase. No refund will be processed for any free credit or voucher top ups. Where do I even start? Had SO many problems just signing up for i, kept saying my register was complete, but then told me my account didn't exist. The register worked magically somehow when I went down to where reception and the laundry room were. The prices are ridiculous. And the Bluetooth doesn't reach far enough to check when the machines are free, I have to go down there, so it's pointless. Also, every time they claim to "fix" a bug, two more seem to pop up. How can an app be this terrible?

The app literally will not open. I had about €40 left on the app and was worried that if I uninstalled it or cleared the storage and cache that I would lose that money. I tried uninstalling, clearing cache, forcing stop, restarting my phone, and even clearing storage. None of it worked, and now I am unable to do laundry altogether. EDIT: tried messaging on website, they were very slow at responding in "live chat."

I cannot open this app on my Pixel 6a. I restarted my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, cleared storage and cache, and none of it worked. I tried contacting the live chat and they were polite, but entirely unhelpful. They simply said that my phone isn't supported (which I find ridiculous) and told me to get a laundry card. I also tried this app on my Pixel 3 and it could not get past the registration page. I look forward to the day you support real phones.
