It's OK, but key feature missing Can only add one payment card. This is crushing for those of us who want to pay with a different card depending on the situation (business vs. personal)
Had to upload card to redeem reward. Uploaded card against my better judgement and I was charged twice. $5 reward not applied to account and paid for order . Check out was seamless but when I use up the money I upload I'm done with this app. I'll pay cash.
After the first month it will group your charges, instead of paying right away. I was not aware of this and now thinking of deleting this app. Should have the choice to pay per transaction not once a month.
Had to reinstall to get the new version with mobile ordering. Each time I try to order I get an error message that the app cannot connect to the store. The mobile ordering only credit is useless if you can't actually make the purchase on the app.
System was down at the shop, they wouldn't accept payment from app, didn't bring my wallet, wasted my time.
So far so good, but you need to add hours of operation to your locations
