I downloaded the app after I spent 5 hours trying to book my trip online and after calling Customer Service and receiving no help. The rep did offer to book the trip for me but did not tell me until the end that there was a $12 fee for that. I tried the app and it didn't work either. By the time I finally got through to CS a second time, my promo code had expired and I wasn't allowed to speak with a supervisor. I give up on Greyhound.
Great app for booking I use this app frequently but there is a problem when trying to change and store the home address information. I enter different information but I cannot save the changes. Can you fix this app so that changes can be saved?
I didn't know that Greyhound would not have a bus location for SACRAMENTO, CALIFORNIA. THE CAPITAL OF CALIFORNIA, terrible app, good set up, can't recognize or search city names, would give negative stars.
Fine if you want to travel from New York to Chicago. Doesn't work for small towns in Canada. They don't even show up. Even if you know the bus stops there.
Just an update of my review since now your credit card info is saved with speeds up the booking process even more. Far as I know, you still can't use your rewards when booking your trip via the app...have to call the 800# to use which incurs an add'l convenience fee. We haven't checked lately to see if increased accessibility was apart of the latest app update.
App is easy to use, customer support was great helping me work out a problem. I'll be glad when you can show your ticket on your phone.
