I am not getting the app notifications once an employee raises a regularisation/leave requests. The notification comes after one hour in the app and we are unable to follow up and update the attendance. This has been happening for almost one month and we have raised tickets and had calls with the greytHR team ,the issue is yet to be resolved.

Trash šļø The 6.8.13 update is garbage. Iām stuck on the loading screen and canāt even access the homepage. Worse, it demands "Accurate Location" for clocking in/outāsomething the web version doesn't even need. Even with GPS on, itās too "dumb" to detect if Iām at home or the office; I still have to select it manually. Why invade my privacy if the app doesn't use the data? Fix the loading loop and stop the intrusive, useless tracking. Total trash! EDIT: I don't care; I can't mail. Do whatever.

Iāve been using the greytHR app, but after installing it on a new phone, Iām facing a major issue. Every time I open the app, a āDevice Changeā popup appears saying I need to submit a request. However, the Submit button is not working at all, so Iām completely stuck on that screen. There is also no option to close or dismiss the popup, which makes the app unusable. This effectively blocks access to all features, which is very frustrating especially for something as critical as HR and attendance.
