I wish it didn't play 15-30 second ad when trying to watch the weather live. Sometimes you have to exit out of the app and restart when not getting a signal and you need to know what is happening during emergency weather broadcast. But you got to wait thru the commercial ad even when those precious seconds matter.

This app still needs a lot of work. The latest update is just packed with more stuff, especially ads. Slow to load and too many notifications. Whoever designed this update clearly did not think of the end-user first. How about a little design thinking? UPDATE: This app continues to he unstable. Can't adjust text size, which is too big by default. Too many ads crammed into the news feed. ugh.

I've watched News on 6 for 10 years, and I've used their phone app for 5 years too. A few weeks ago the app went through a dramatic change to its notifications. Now they only give you enough info to tease you, and forces you to open the app to provide the same amount of info from past notifications. sounds petty.... but it makes a world of difference when it comes to weather, traffic, and sometimes crime locations. I'm reluctantly switching to Channel 2.
