I feel like this all is part of some agreement for college campuses to appear they're supporting isolated students without actually putting in the leg work. It seems like most of the money went into making the app "pretty" instead of any novel functionality or content. The advice feels far too generic; in a lot of ways this app could be replaced by a page on a student health website with a bullet point list of tips, which would be easier to parse for me at least.

Nod is really helpful for reminding me to be social. It gives you a variety of social challenges and you get to pick which ones to do, so there's no pressure. You can delay how much time you need for the challenge and there's a reflection stage that lets you play a short game or listen to an audio clip to help you process. The main thing I wish it had was an area to write out a reflection like a journal. Overall, I really love the interface, illustrations and how useful the app is.

Nod's features make it easy to set goals, deepen friendships, and stay connected with others. What I like best about the app is the simplicity of it. The guides are brief and straightforward, making it easy to use. Well designed!
