I wasted my time filling the information needed to create an account yet at the end, there's a glitch where you can't create a pin code. I've tried it multiple times and still encountered the same error. "There was an issue with your request. Please try again." pathetic app. now i understand why this app has less than 2 stars rating. lol

I purchased mobile load through your app, but I accidentally entered the wrong number. The promo was for a Globe SIM, but the load was sent to a TNT number. Despite the incorrect number, my payment was still processed and no refund was issued. This should have been refunded since the promo does not apply to the TNT number it was sent to. Please assist with a refund.

I'm trying to activate my Puregold Mobile App. Everything was already submitted, the app says that it will take 24-48hrs it's been 7 days now but my account is still not active (still pending) Edited: Still nothing happened. I still can't register my account to the app. Customer service is not even responding. It's been 3 months now.
