Ratings and reviews

It used to be a great app, but in the last few months, its performance has declined. On several occasions, orders were delivered late, items were missing, and the product quality was poor. Additionally, Blinkit's support in resolving issues is very limited, almost useless. I tried reaching out to support to expedite the delivery, but the Blinkit buddy (support bot) provided no options

I have to concede that it is currently the quickest app for grocery delivery, at least in our city, minimal delivery fees up to a specific amount. Pricing is the area with the most potential for improvement also limited offers. While I think it's a bit pricey in comparison with its rivals, this application is otherwise fantastic.

I am writing this review second time. I have ordered few products and one of the items is missing. And took almost half day and said everything was delivered. The worst application and the worst support that I have ever seen. I have been using swiggy from longer time but never faced this sort of issues. Blinkit is is not ready address the customer issues.
