A very versatile app that makes planning more convenient and accessible. I started this app to get items for wedding favors and was impressed by the nice packaging, prompt delivery and overall good customer experience. My one complaint is that there are way too many options that are always unavailable. it seems more like a marketing strategy than anything else. Anyways keep up the good work.

I’ve had a really smooth experience with Blinkit. The delivery speed is honestly impressivemost of my orders arrive within minutes, which feels almost unreal when you’re in urgent need of something. It’s super convenient, especially for last minute groceries or essentials, and the app is easy to use as well. The packaging is neat, and the items are usually fresh and accurate. Overall, Blinkit makes everyday shopping quick, effortless, and reliable.

Very poor service. Whenever we need something urgently,you charge an extra ₹30 as a surge fee, yet the service is still not reliable. Also, there is no Cash on Delivery option available, which is very inconvenient. I have also faced frequent issues with the apporders getting delayed, items going out of stock after placing the order, and sometimes wrong or missing items being delivered. The customer support response is slow and not very helpful. Overall, this has been a disappointing experience
