I believe problems trying to reconnect sense guard are caused because the phone tries to always use the default connection settings. I use a tablet that does not have a cellular connection, and the app finds the wifi connection, and then I am able to complete the connection using the app. Otherwise, the app works perfectly.

Keep blinking yellow (orange), can't connect no matter what I do. No explanation with any documentation and no solution. The only thing close is to get a "Profesional installer" to probably do the exact same thing I have tried already. There is too much development when it comes to the looks of the app and to a absolutely useless product (when it doesn't work). Normally it's the other way around. Tell me what to do rather than just say error or can't connect. What should I do next? Troubleshoot?

This is about the worst I have experienced. The QR-codes in the manuals point to invalid addresses, the app name doesn't match (grohe ondus vs sense), the registration process is unintuitive, but worst of all, after overcoming all usability obstacles, the device still fails to connect to my WLAN after two hours of attempt after attempt. WLAN signal is strong and all other iot devices have connected properly. If the chinese can do it, how come a German "quality" product doesn't get it right.
