Works well, however when playing Google Play Music, it completely ignores the fact that I've already downloaded the songs to my device and wants to stream the song IF I try to launch Google Play Music from the Dashlinq app, so it eats up my data. If however I already have Google Play Music running and playing and then Dashlinq takes over, then all is well. It's a strange issue, but because of it, I have to open Google Play Music before hitting play in the Dashlinq app. Otherwise, it's great, and makes life easier when driving!
Complicated to sync but maybe its because im using it with Grom usb 3 which is really bad and works when it feels like. Also it screwed up my cd player and now wont play any cds. Ill have to delete this app along with removing the Grom module which has been nothing but frustrating
Works fairly well overall to get android to work on a galaxy s8 and infiniti g37 with base radio. Not perfect but certainly worth the 50 bucks. Other alternatives are very expensive.
Not a bad app. Seems to integrate well with the Grom hardware. The popup asking to use this app is very annoying when I want to use a different app. It's not android. It specifically directs me to download this app.
Works perfectly, I would like to see the ability to use native apps instead of having to use the dashlinq. For people saying it doesn't work make sure you check before you order the product for compatibility.
Just came from an HTC to a Sony Experia and was looking for a decent car app, nothing compares to the HTC app, where it automatically activated Bluetooth, voice activated texts, calls etc, text reader, simple large icons, just wish someone would make a generic android app as good as the HTC car app...
