first of all, I applaud your low interest rate, but am having serious issues with this app, since on the 4th of August I transfered money from my GMFB account to my opay, the transfered was failed and I was debited and immediately they reversed it, but that reversal is not reflecting in my GMFB balance, I Ve called the customer care severally they said they're working on it, it's been over 6 days now, NO RESULT, pls what should I do?

the upgrade is exciting, but the issue I encountered was the delay in sending OTPs. The codes are meant to expire in 5 minutes, yet you don't get them immediately.

I regret downloading this app I just installed the app newly I decided to fund #5500 from my opay since up till now the money has not reflected I contacted opay they said Grooming has received the money they even dropped an id for evidence please refund me back my money please I will not recommend this app to anyone so if I put big amount of money that is how I will get frustrated.
